Stephen Burr set up this small firm of independent Consulting Engineers in 1993. Based in South West London, it aims to provide the highest standards of service to clients.

	Work was initially sought in the fields of insurance and litigation which are primarily concerned with repairing buildings.
	This speciality continues with an emphasis on pre-purchase appraisals of buildings and investigating damage discovered by owners.
	Design of structures now forms a large and important part of our work; both the re-modelling and extension of existing properties and the design of new buildings.
	Based in Wandsworth, we serve the South-east from our offices in South West London and Dover.
	Both hourly and fixed fee work is sought. Professional indemnity insurance is maintained for your protection.
